Background

30 years in a big International Group, with more than 10 years at Executive level, was an exceptional and an unique experience.

Exceptional, as it allows me to work both at local (BE, FR, Lux...) and at Corporate level (FR&UK), giving me the opportunity to lead multi-cultural and multi-location teams in very different contexts.

Unique as I had the chance to bring my energy, curiosity and people management passion on numerous positions, as different as BeLux CIO, B2C and B2B CMO, General Manager Luxembourg, Group VP Design and User experience, Chief Strategic Programmes... building my multi-displinary profiles,  both on domaines of expertises and size of organizations (from start-up to Corporate),

About Nea-Management

During the last years, I successfully led several massive transformation programmes. Those experiences confirm what I want, what I love to do: support companies in their biggest challenges, build cross functional ambitions and teams, co-design the strategy and put in place the plans to impact, in a very visible manner, the companies in their P&L, in their culture to face their future with ambition and confidence.

This motivation to impact companies, my curiosity, my management convictions and passion for innovations and changes combines with an experience adapt to our digital age, drive me to jump into an entrepreneurial adventure and to create NEA-Management.
For the record, the name of NEA-Management was created to show the focus on the "new" (changes, transformations, innovation...). NEO was a first option, but I decided to had a feminine touch to express my attitude toward the teams and my partners that I can translate as “Demanding benevolence” (Bienveillance exigeante in French). So NEA-Management was born.

NEA-Management operates as  a collaborative platform build on my multi-disciplinary experience and a network of partners and experts. Partners are only small and medium size companies, active in various fields as IT, Strategy, Digital, HR able to act fast and sharing my vision about Human and Business centric transformations, about open innovations.

Support to start-ups was like an evidence. Of course, it is about innovation, but it is also about hand-over. Hand-over of knowledge, experiences to young entrepreneurs, helping them to build, secure and develop their companies. It allows me also to remain close to the new generation of entrepreneurs and professionals and continue to learn from them.
